Had a single room with very comfortable beds and wake-up service was available in it. The hotel was in a very central setting to most everything in the Center. Also, the property was 2 miles away from Monument of Victory.

The location here is amazing, just 3 km away from Palms Casino Resort but also not too far from the city center, which is pretty convenient.

The service was exceptional, including an early check-in. the location was magnificent, near the Academy of Sciences and the National University, good restaurants, and Ala-Too Square. A number of good restaurants and bars are in that area.

The hotel's location is fantastic, being close to the Academy, a grocery store, and many tourist spots, as well as nearby restaurants. Additionally, there's a Tucano Coffee just a 10-15 minutes' walk away from the hotel where you can enjoy tea, coffee, and desserts.

My recent stay at Bugu Hotel was superb. The hotel's modern and fancy design instantly caught my eye, and the staff was incredibly nice and helpful throughout my stay. The bed was also extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel's central location, right next to Chuy prospect, made it easy for me to explore the city. And the breakfast spread was truly delightful, offering a wide variety of tasty options.

There were a couple of minor drawbacks during my stay. The bathroom could have used some maintenance, with a troublesome toilet flush and a bathtub in need of some TLC.
